Growing up in Japan, the USA and Germany, Brigitte Büchel's deep interest in people, their culture and their personality has accompanied her since childhood. With passion, she supports individuals in exploring and further developing their potentials, roles within teams, and contributions to organisations.

In her work as a coach, she is driven by the deep belief that lived individual potentials and authenticity have positive impacts on teams and success in organisations. She empathically fosters the development of individuals and teams. Her analytical way of thinking and methodological diversity enable a clear view, even in complex contexts. When working with teams, she strengthens collegial interaction and encourages reflection on meaningful collaboration in dynamically changing environments. As a graduate in business administration (1991), she first started as a sales manager in the hotel industry at Steigenberger Hotels. In addition to managing staff, her core tasks as brand manager / product manager at Aldiana, club tour operator of the Thomas Cook Group (1994-2011) included planning marketing & media activities, price calculations, sales activities as well as continuous product development.
