Joachim Hipp

Hipp 2

Joachim studied psychology at the universities of Konstanz and Trier. Fascinated by systemic ideas and their translation into practice, he began his professional career at isb Wiesloch as a systemic consultant and coach.

There, he had the opportunity to explore what it means to be a professional coach and to apply the diverse methods and approaches of systemic coaching and organizational consulting in practice.

In 1999, he co-founded Wengel & Hipp in Frankfurt with Katja Wengel. Since then, he has been passionately dedicated to the development of leaders and experts as a coach and leadership developer, as well as improving the alignment of people and their functions within companies.

Since 1999, he has been a certified trainer at isb Wiesloch for coaching and team development topics. With 20 years of experience in supporting teams and leaders in organizations of all kinds, he enjoys incorporating this experience while remaining curious about the uniqueness of each individual and organization. Since 2003, he has been a proud father of two children.

"Special moments for me are when people find a twist and an ease (an "aha-moment") in dealing with situations that they have previously experienced as challenging and difficult. And when teams or groups find a way to work together easily and efficiently and develop a team culture that allows each individual to shine."
